Kite Ridge
Tri Pointe homes that were selling in 2015, now trading as resales.
Mostly resale
Most homes for sale in Sycamore Creek are resales. When the seller or a builder pays your agent's commission, TurboHome credits most of it back to you. On a $750,000 home in Temescal Valley, California, that's about $8,750 back at closing.

Your Sycamore Creek savings stack
Sycamore Creek is a master-planned community in the heart of Temescal Valley, an unincorporated part of Riverside County off Interstate 15 at Indian Truck Trail, with a Corona mailing address. Many homes date from 2004 and 2005, with Lennar among the early builders, and later neighborhoods followed, including Tri Pointe's Kite Ridge, Van Daele's The Arbors, and Woodside's Aspen, which were selling in 2015. Today purchases are resales.
The Sycamore Creek Swim Club has two large pools, a children's pool, and a water play zone, and the community also includes parks, walking trails, an elementary school, and a retail center. Trails lead toward the 460,000-acre Cleveland National Forest, and DeLeo Regional Sports Park is nearby. The master association also covers the Serrano Ridge and Sycamore Hills neighborhoods, and a patrol service and access cards help with security.
For buyers, recent listings have run from about $699,000 for a 2004 home of about 3,087 square feet to about $800,000 for a 4,187-square-foot home. Master HOA dues are a low $85 a month in 2026. Homes also pay Mello-Roos on top of the 1% base, so tax bills vary by tract. A local TurboHome agent pulls the tax bill for each address, compares resales across neighborhoods, negotiates seller credits, and credits you a TurboHome rebate when the listing pays buyer-agent compensation.
Most buyers take the listing as offered. The cheapest house in the neighborhood comes from layering three savings.
Sellers in Sycamore Creek can offer price cuts or closing-cost credits, and any builder still selling there may advertise rate buydowns. Those stay yours when you buy with TurboHome.
When the seller or builder pays the buyer's agent commission. We keep a flat fee and credit you the rest at closing, about $8,750 on a $750,000 home.
Price, repairs after inspection, and seller-paid closing costs. Sellers rarely offer these to buyers who don't ask.
Example at a 2.5% builder-paid commission. Builders set their own buyer-agent compensation, and your rebate is confirmed in your written buyer agreement and on the closing statement.
Plan with 2.5% buyer-agent compensation. We credit you back and take a low flat fee.

Buying through the builder's sales office alone returns no commission to you. Builders set their own buyer-agent compensation, so confirm it before you sign.

The details that change your monthly payment or resale value, and that a listing won't mention.
Special taxes differ by tract and by when a home was built. We pull the actual tax bill for each address and include it in your monthly cost.
Master dues are about $85 a month. Ask whether a home also belongs to a neighborhood association, and confirm the total before you write an offer.
Homes range from 2004 originals to newer 2010s neighborhoods. We compare price per square foot, updates, and solar to find real value.
Some homes have paid-off solar, while others have leases. We confirm which before you write an offer, since leases transfer to you.
