Most homes for sale in Wallis Ranch are resales. When the seller or a builder pays your agent's commission, TurboHome credits most of it back to you. On a $1,600,000 home in Dublin, California, that's about $25,000 back at closing.

Your Wallis Ranch savings stack
Wallis Ranch is a gated master-planned community of about 806 homes on 184 acres in north Dublin, Alameda County, off Tassajara Road. Construction began in 2016 with eight builders, including Pulte, Trumark Homes, D.R. Horton, Warmington, KB Home, Taylor Morrison, and Emerald Homes. It won the 2017 Gold Nugget award for master-planned community of the year.
The center of the community is the Kindred House, a 17,000-square-foot clubhouse with a 75-foot pool, fitness rooms, and event space. Trails, parks, and hillside views surround the homes, and the Antone School building was preserved as a community space. Shopping at Fallon Gateway and I-580 are a few minutes away. Dublin/Pleasanton BART is about a 15-minute drive, and the Tri-Valley's wineries and regional parks are close for weekends.
New construction has ended, so buying here means a resale. Prices vary by builder, lot, and view, and HOA dues are part of the monthly cost. A local TurboHome agent can compare sales by collection, check the HOA budget, and negotiate with sellers, and the TurboHome rebate lowers your cost at closing.
Most buyers take the listing as offered. The cheapest house in the neighborhood comes from layering three savings.
Sellers in Wallis Ranch can offer price cuts or closing-cost credits, and any builder still selling there may advertise rate buydowns. Those stay yours when you buy with TurboHome.
When the seller or builder pays the buyer's agent commission. We keep a flat fee and credit you the rest at closing, about $25,000 on a $1,600,000 home.
Price, repairs after inspection, and seller-paid closing costs. Sellers rarely offer these to buyers who don't ask.
Example at a 2.5% builder-paid commission. Builders set their own buyer-agent compensation, and your rebate is confirmed in your written buyer agreement and on the closing statement.
Plan with 2.5% buyer-agent compensation. We credit you back and take a low flat fee.
