Mostly resale
Most homes for sale in Boulevard are resales. When the seller or a builder pays your agent's commission, TurboHome credits most of it back to you. On a $1,300,000 home in Dublin, California, that's about $17,500 back at closing.

Your Boulevard savings stack
Boulevard is a master-planned community on 189 acres of former Camp Parks Army land in central Dublin, Alameda County, also known as Dublin Crossing. Brookfield Residential and Lennar broke ground in July 2016, with plans for up to 1,995 homes. It sits right next to the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station and I-580.
The community includes a 14,500-square-foot recreation center with a pool, a 30-acre park, and a school site. Homes range from townhomes to detached homes, built in collections by both builders. Walking to BART is one of the main draws for commuters to San Francisco and Oakland. Stoneridge Shopping Center, the Tri-Valley's restaurants, and the Iron Horse Trail are all a few minutes away, and Camp Parks still operates as an Army training area next door.
New sales have ended, so homes now sell as resales. Special taxes from a community facilities district add several thousand dollars a year, which affects how much home you can afford. A local TurboHome agent can compare collections, check the tax bill and HOA, and negotiate with sellers, and the TurboHome rebate lowers your cost at closing.
Most buyers take the listing as offered. The cheapest house in the neighborhood comes from layering three savings.
Sellers in Boulevard can offer price cuts or closing-cost credits, and any builder still selling there may advertise rate buydowns. Those stay yours when you buy with TurboHome.
When the seller or builder pays the buyer's agent commission. We keep a flat fee and credit you the rest at closing, about $17,500 on a $1,300,000 home.
Price, repairs after inspection, and seller-paid closing costs. Sellers rarely offer these to buyers who don't ask.
Example at a 2.5% builder-paid commission. Builders set their own buyer-agent compensation, and your rebate is confirmed in your written buyer agreement and on the closing statement.
Plan with 2.5% buyer-agent compensation. We credit you back and take a low flat fee.
