This home is very welcoming with its large living room jjust inside the door to the right and a wonderful family room with a great fireplace and the dining area on the left. There are high ceilings, lots of windows giving natural light and a great roomy kitchen. The home has not been remodeled, however, the bones are solid only a few changes could make it look quite up to date. The bedrooms and baths are off the hallway along with the nice size laundry room. A shed is located in the parking area, which also allows for three parked cars. The patio on the other side of the home is a great size to decorate and entertain on our great evenings. Please be aware all buyers must qualify to live in The Cayon. The criteria is a credit score of minimum 750, bank statements for six months showing at least $2835 income (single or joint) and if you have a dog it must be under 20 pounds or if larger, it must have a service dog certificate. Once in you will realise this is a fabulous place to live, Not only pretty and well kept, but the residents are friendly and fun. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join in the events and make new friends. The clubhouse is very nice with a great dining hall where many pot lucks and dinners are hosted. Within the clubhouse is a gym, billards, library, and very nice seating area to enjoy. Our brand new managers office is located just inside the door. And we love them! Pickleball, tennis, an indoor shuffelboard court (where we compete with other clubs), two swimming pools, and a huge spa complete the activies.
