Zero % Games

A 3% agent's paycheck grows every time your offer does. Ours doesn't move, same flat fee at $500K or $900K.

Zero Lender Fees

No origination, underwriting, or processing fees. Gone.

Free Appraisal

District covers it when you finance with them, typically $500–$700 you don't pay out of pocket before closing.

Zero Guessing On Rate

Already have a quote? District runs your numbers side by side, and it won't touch your credit. Most buyers who compare end up switching.

"Donny and the TurboHome team were responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They helped us organize our own inspection after discovering major inaccuracies in the seller's disclosure packet."

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is the Boost program?

+

Boost is TurboHome's Texas-only bundle program. Apply once, get a flat-fee TREC-licensed TurboHome agent and our District Lending mortgage partner working together, and stack your rebate, waived lender fees, and a free appraisal.

What can I actually do with my rebate?

+

A properly disclosed, lender-approved credit may reduce eligible closing costs or fund discount points or an approved rate buydown. You may also negotiate lower buyer-broker compensation to improve the seller's net. It generally cannot satisfy down-payment or reserve requirements.

How is a rate reduction actually calculated?

+

Your combined savings act like mortgage discount points. One point is roughly 1% of your loan amount and typically buys about a 0.25% rate reduction. District will show you the exact number for your loan and lock.

Why does bundling the agent and lender save more?

+

When the same team runs the purchase and the loan on one file, there's no lost paperwork, no finger-pointing, and no duplicate fees. TurboHome rebates the agent commission and District waives the lender fees, so more of every dollar stays with you.

Who qualifies for Boost?

+

Any Texas buyer working with a TurboHome agent who finances the purchase through District Lending. There's no credit pull to see your numbers and no exclusivity required to get a quote.

See your real buying power.

Takes about two minutes. A TurboHome agent and our District Lending partner will walk you through it together.
