We want everyone to be able to use turbohome.com to research homes, talk with an agent, and buy a home. That includes people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions, or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target when we build and update pages. We keep working on the site to get closer to that standard.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site may not be fully accessible yet, often because the content comes from outside providers. Here is what we know about and what you can do instead.

  • Listing photos and descriptions

    Listing details come from local listing services (MLS) and the agents who post them. Photos often don't have text descriptions.

    Instead: Call us and an agent will describe the home and its photos.

  • Video and 3D tours

    Some listing videos and virtual tours don't have captions or audio descriptions.

    Instead: An agent can talk you through the home or set up an in-person tour.

  • Maps and neighborhood information

    Maps can be hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader.

    Instead: Ask us and we'll share the same location and neighborhood details by phone or email.

  • Booking a call online

    Our online scheduling tool comes from an outside provider, and we can't fully control how it works.

    Instead: Book a call or tour with us by phone or email instead.

  • PDFs and documents

    Some disclosures and transaction documents are PDFs that may not work well with assistive technology.

    Instead: We'll send documents in another format on request.
